A cat needs help

With no formal animal welfare system in place we would suggest that the first point of contact for help is your local veterinary center. They may not be able to help directly but they will know of any local shelters, colonies or volunteers that can assist.

Always ask your friends, neighbors, colleagues, relatives or (if you are in a hotel) staff members if they know of any animal support groups or local volunteers.
